This notice explains how we handle your personal information when you use our website and quote tool. We are the data controller.

We use your information to: give you an instant indicative price for your project; connect you with a local trade firm so they can contact you, confirm details and provide a quote; respond to your enquiry; keep the service secure; and improve how the site works.

Who we share it with

The main thing to know: when you submit your details, we share them with one vetted local trade firm in your area so they can contact you about your enquiry and quote for the work. We also use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf (for example website hosting, database, messaging and analytics providers). We do not sell your personal information.

Lawful basis

Under UK GDPR we rely on your consent (you ask us for a quote and agree to be put in touch with a local firm) and our legitimate interestsin operating the service. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal or accounting requirements, and no longer than necessary.

Your rights
