HomeTradeQuote is a trading style of Prospect Connect Media Ltd, registered in England, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, VAT GB311027367 ("we", "us"). By using this website and quote tool you agree to these terms. The service is for users aged 18 or over.

What we do

HomeTradeQuote is a free tool that gives homeowners an indicative price estimate for home-improvement work and connects them with a local trade firm who can provide a quote and carry out the work.

The estimate is a guide, not a quote

Any price shown is an indicative estimate based on the information you provide and typical market rates. It is not a quotation, offer or contract. The actual price depends on a site visit and the trade firm's own assessment. The binding quote, any contract, and the work itself are solely between you and the trade firm. We are not a party to that contract.

Our role and your responsibility

We introduce you to a local firm; we do not carry out the work and we do not guarantee the firm's workmanship, pricing, conduct, or the outcome of any job. You are responsible for satisfying yourself about any firm before engaging them, and for giving us accurate information. You agree not to misuse the site or submit false details.

Intellectual property

The HomeTradeQuote brand, website, quote tool, and content are owned by Prospect Connect Media Ltd. You may use the site for your personal, non-commercial purpose only.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from the indicative estimates, from any trade firm's services or workmanship, or from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information, including that we share your details with a local trade firm so they can quote for your work.
